How do I join a patient group?

Your doctor will send you an email invitation with a link. Click the link, create an account (or sign in), and you'll be added to the group automatically.

Push notifications aren't working

Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings for the NotifyMe app. On iOS, go to Settings → Notifications → NotifyMe. On Android, go to Settings → Apps → NotifyMe → Notifications.

Is my data secure?

Yes. NotifyMe is built around POPIA. All data is encrypted in transit, and we never share your personal information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
